
Hi we are looking to track emails/ set regard using a shared inbox. But we are getting an error that '' only items in the default Microsoft Outlook store can be promoted to Microsoft Dynamics 365. Item Name = Emailtest.
Is there a way to allow users to track emails using shared inbox?
The D365 Outlook plugin doesn't support shared mailboxes as far as I know, but you can promote the shared mailbox to a regular mailbox (note: this will require additional licenses), and if end users connect that mailbox to their outlook, they'll have full access and plugin support.
