Update/Edit Dates in Purchase Trade Agreement Journal

Hi Users,
 
The Purchase Trade Agreement Journal has been posted without entering To Date in the field and the system default takes it as the last Date which is 31-12-2154.
 
Which affects the Trade agreement set up in the Item master.
It takes the second line amount as per the conditions matches.
 
Is there any way that we can update/Edit the multiple Purchase Trade Agreement lines? or any alternative options to change it.

    Hi Raj, 
     
    Go to following Work space
     
    There is a option of active trade agreement Journal
    Click on the trade agreements and select the line which you would like to edit and post it. Old trade agreement will not be active after posting new trade agreements.

    Also you can use data entity to import the trade agreements in bulk.
