Dear Experts,
i m facing a problem in D365, i have submitted the workflow and users are enabled but workflow is not starting, even servers in batch group are selected.
what could be the reason.

Is this a Tier-1 environment or a Tier-2 environment?
i have just seen in batch job .. the status is withhold... what could be the reason ??
Change to waiting.
how can i change that...it is not allowing me even not showing other options.
You can see 'change status' option from header, form there, you can change to waiting.
i have changed.. but still nothing i got
Please check the Recurrence set for the batch job. Also, in case this is a Tier-1 environment, please check if the service for Microsoft Dynamics Batch jobs is running.
