Need to download this file but the link is broken on PartnerSource.  Is there another way to get it?

    Dear Mark,

    You create a support case is the only way to get them now.  I assume you can no longer get HF for that version because its in extended support, this is my guess, but most HF for the old versions are not available to the public anymore.
