What telephone intergration does Dynamics for Marketing have OOTB? If any?!
We wish to add the capability to create call queues/campaigns and call straight from Dynamics VIA a Microsoft platform - i.e Teams or Skype.
Also inbound calling we would like to register as an activity feed within the contact.
What are the use cases? For example, do you want users to be able to make calls via campaign manually (like click-to-dial) or are you looking for more of a preview or power dialer scenario? And are you currently using Skype/Teams as your phone system? A little more information would be helpful to recommend the best approaches.
