Management Reporter - Consolidate different Account Structures

I have a client implementing a second company. The two companies, though related, have different GL Structures and Accounts. That said, using Management Reporter is there a way to consolidate Companies with different Chart of Accounts and structures? Please advise. Look forward to a response.

You could create a third company database and use the Generate/Read Consolidation functions built into SL.
