Error while opening EP Home page

HI,

When I am trying to open EP home page getting below error. Can any one suggest me that  how to trouble shoot the issue.

Tried below ways :- 

- Deployed the website 

- IIS reset

- Compiled all the web parts

- AOS Restart.

But no luck.

    Hello kvnkk,

    Are you getting any errors in your Full CIL? If yes, I would recommended doing a Full Compile, resolve errors in your compile.

    Run a full compile again to make sure there are no errors, Run a Full CIL, make sure no errors.

    This should be done in a non-Prod environment and then modelstore moved to PROD.

    The error message says " Message: An unhandled error has occurred. To view details about this error, enable debugging in the web.config file or view the Windows event logs.

    Have you done that?

    "Exception details: FieldGroup AutoIdentification does not exist" - that  seems to be a clue. See this link and the related pages docs.microsoft.com/.../defining-field-groups

    No error's .. I am able to access other modules with  URL but not home page.

    Hi,

    Finally I am able to track the issue by debugging the class: - EPUnifiedWorkList.

    Issue with work Items (alerts) on home page, WorkList WebControl unable to load the work items (alerts).

    I just removed the work Items (Alerts) which are caused for the issue.
