Hi all..
everytime I check the posted trail balance for any account it take so long time to show results.
for some accounts it takes more than 2 hours.
is there is something I miss in settings or parameters

The performance is that form/function is quite slow on earlier versions of AX 2012, due to how the main account must be translated into DimensionAttributeValueCombination records and then the set of records used as a filter into GeneralJournalAccountEntry.
Microsoft released hotfix KB3024254 to improve the performance of that form, by adding a MainAccount field directly to the GeneralJournalAccountEntry table. Unfortunately that hotfix was defective in that while adding the field to the table, it failed to always populate the field of existing records (the data upgrade job was not executed), so the form produced no results after applying the hotfix. That problem was later resolved in hotfix KB3093861.
I highly recommend you try KB3093861 on a test system before you consider applying it to a production environment.
Furthermore, in my experience (and opinion) the performance of that form is still quite unacceptable even after these hotfixes.
