How to fix status AX client automatic exit in AX 2012 R2 CU8 System

Deal all,

How to fix state AX client automatic exit

ERP system in my Company is Dynamic AX 2012 R2 CU8. However, all PC Client were installed AX Client and Upgrade CU8 R2 to connect AX Server but sometime run AX Client then automatic exit.

I dont know the reason why, although I had check the follow:

Bandwidth network.
computer client Hardware

...

I think it maybe overload software.

Anybody know how to solve this issue. Please show me.

    Hi Huy,

    If you have get errors, please specify the errors in detail. If there is a shutdown without error message for the user, check the event logs on the AOS server(s) for possible more information.

    Note there is also an automatic shutdown setting in the user options. Can you review if a certain value is set here? 0 means not activated. Every other value is the idle time in minutes before AX will be shut down.

    You should also check the Event log's Application entries to see if there is an application crash in there.

    Also it should be a regular maintenance task on all client computers to clean up the AUC and KTI files in their User folders within Application data, if you regularly release code changes, in order to force keeping newly cached AOT values. Outdated cache files could also lead to client exit/crash.

    Please provide more specific details.
