Someone can help me with this error when registering "Open Statements"
I get the following error someone has any idea

The route is Retail >> Journals >> Open statements

    i think there is an issue with voucher number sequence ,you can try to create the payment journal manual throw payment journal screen to see what is missing.

    Do you have the same problem?

    If so, please check the hotfixes available on LCS as this might be related to a system bug.

    Check the number sequence setup in General Journal-->journal names-->voucher series, the number sequence specified for the particular voucher, if it is manual then make it continous.
