Hi,
We’ve been testing UTM tracking in our QA environment using Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys. Previously, we could see the correct UTM parameters (like journey name and email name) in Google Analytics. But now, we’re seeing strange results: Google Analytics shows svc.dynamics.com / referral and mkt.dynamics.com / referral as the traffic sources, instead of the UTM data we expect.
What could be causing the UTM parameters to no longer appear, and instead show svc.dynamics.com / referral and mkt.dynamics.com / referral? We want to test in our QA enivornment before we enable utm tracking in production environment. Could this be a QA-specific issue?
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.
