I was reading Purchase Dynamics 365 Customer Voice, which mentions that a D365 enterprise-licensed tenant grants a D365 Customer Voice license with 2000 responses.
What does this mean?
- My tenant has Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise Edition and Dynamics 365 Customer Service Enterprise licenses for users.
Is there some kind of D365 Enterprise tenant license like the Power Virtual Agents one? Or is it just fine with those user licenses? - In case the user licenses are fine, what is the minimum number we require? I mean, will one D365 Sales Enterprise (or Customer Service Enterprise) license could be enough to get the 2000 responses?
- (Bonus) If I understand correctly, the only way to get more than 2000 responses is to buy 1000 response add-ons, right? Even if I would have 999 D365 Enterprise licenses, I would still only get 2000 responses.
