Got problem with the connection to CRM 2016 from Dynamics NAV 2016
After upgrade of Dynamics CRM 2015 to Dynamics CRM 2016 the connections would not work, the error message appear when I click on test Connection or try to enable the connection.
Other software does not give the same respoonse for example XRMToolBox

I got the same issue today while trying to setup NAV 2016 (on-premise) Connector to Dynamics 365 Sales Online instance. Thank you to everyone on all options suggested... I tried them all. No success... Planning to raise a ticket directly with Microsoft Support..

Also experience the same issue on NAV 2016 CU09 when connecting to Dynamics 365 (For Sales). Have replaced DDL-file, imported solution in CRM, added 'NAV Integration Administrator' and 'System Administrator' role for user in CRM (and SUPER in NAV). Seems like something is missing in Microsoft's documentation for this..
Hi, I'm doing the integration out the box between nav 2016 and dynamics 365 and I have the same error.
Error:

I have the same problem. Replacing the .dll files dont resolved the problem.

I'm getting this error with NAV 2016 and CRM 2016 on premise. The dll file in CRM is (Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.dll ver. 8.1.0.383). I made the Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.dll match in my NAV Service and Client folders. Restarted all services. When I try to test connection NAV closes with this error: Is anyone running with this scenario successfully. It does not make sense to replace the DLL in NAV Client and Service with the 2015 CRM SDK dll, but I tried anyway and it does not work.
I got a solution.
Download latest CRM 2015 SDK
www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx
Copy the file Microsoft.Xem.Sdk.dll file from the bin folder.
Replace the Microsoft.Xem.Sdk.dll in folder
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\90\Service\
and
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\90\RoleTailored Client\
Update
I have now tried Dynamics NAV 2016 W1, same result
The MS ticket on NAV is closed and a new ticket is created against CRM.
