Is it possible to change the admin user on Sandbox environment?

We have Sandbox (UAT) tier-2 environment which data needs to be refreshed from production. I noticed, for some reason, there is customer's user as an admin user. So, to be able to do this procedure smoothly we'd like to change the admin user to be our service account. But is it possible and if it is, how?

If you deallocate sandbox you can change admin user while enabling again the sandbox environment. You also raise a support ticket to Microsoft to change that.
