Design option lost in Sandbox BC

I was trying to design Business central Sandbox, but even when my user has D365 EXTENSION MGT permission assigned; I still don´t have the option,

BC version

Version: US Business Central 19.5 (Platform 19.0.36528.38326 + Application 19.5.36567.36634)

Do you know if something was changed on Sandbox?

Hi

I have two Sandboxes and my permissions match users. But I can see the design. Can you create a new Sandbox and try? Or do you have any development that hide the design (I just thought to ask).

Hi, I tested it and also encountered this problem. Super users can design, but for normal users (with D365 EXTENSION MGT) cannot.

Super:

Normal User:

When I add Super permission to the user, Design can be seen.

Finally I found the reason, D365 EXTENSION MGT has been deprecated. We have to use new permission set, EXTEN. MGT. - ADMIN. But in D365 EXTENSION MGT group, Microsoft hasn't updated to the new one, causing this problem.

Also, as far as I know, this has nothing to do with Disable personalization, because that just limits the ability to Personalize.

I left only the super permission but I don´t have the design option, I tried also with the Extension MGT permission but it does not work.
