MS Teams integration doesn't work for one specific user

Hey guys,

I have a question regarding the integration of Dynamci Sales in MS Teams. The weird thing first:
we have not activated the teams integration in the system settings, but still all (or almost) all users can add the Dynamics App to their teams and can also access it .. For my understanding this shouldn't even work with out the "yes" being marked....?

Anyways - this is still fine, because we are using the integration and finding it helptful. I have one user though who can only access the test environment through the Dynamics App in teams. When he clicks on settings, he can chose the Prod-Environment but he cannot click on save. He doesn't have any different rights or less rights than other users. The setting in our test environment is also set to "no" for the teams integration...

Any ideas what's going on there and how I can solve this??

Thank you very much in advance!!
