Our customers have a monthly contract for our services which entitles them to a certain number of hours of service per month, with overages charged separately.
How can I configure Entitlements in Field Service so that the number of entitlement hours (against cases) is refreshed e.g. on the first of each month?
In the end, the idea is that we can generate reports for both the number of case hours each month, and quickly identify the overages per customer for billing.

When the Entitlement is expired, you can renew it, then another new Entitlement will be created.
If you don't want to renew it manually, you can use workflow to achieve it automatically:
