I have created a lead scoring model where
If city= London --> add 40 points
Country/Region =England --> add 70 Points
But when I created a lead, with the city =London and Country = England .
It shows the lead score =0 instead of 110.
Hi Megha,
A couple of things, first, is your Lead Scoring Model live? If it is, then you need to also finish these following steps. If your second picture, you are showing you are at Inquiry in the Business Process Flow (BPF.) This needs to be clicked and you need to associate a contact to the lead (see below.)
Click Next Stage and then go down to the lower right hand side of the screen and check the Lead Scores. Since my leads were already in existence without a contact when I created the Lead Scoring Model, it shows as not loaded (below.)
Click Refresh on the top right of the frame and the score will populate.
