Statement Calculation Issue - AX Retail

Hi experts,

I am facing this inventory dimension while calculating the statement. it would be helpful if anyone suggests a solution for this error. I tried to add a location in the transaction but failed.

Hi Kabilash ,

please review your inventory management setup

it seems default location for a warehouse under Retail is not specified properly

Please verify and if the issue still exists after this setup, please open support request with MS for further help.

Hi Shaimaa,

I tagged the location on the warehouse level, even though I faced this issue. Is there some other setup in the retail module?

Nothing in Retail Module , All setup required in warehouse level.

Please open service request with MS support fir further investigation

Hi Shaimaa,

Thanks my issue is resolved.

I found the data is not updated on retailtransactionsalestrans, I updated and made a full sync.

It worked.
