Is GP 2018 compatible with SQL 2019? According to the system requirements page it is but when I try to run SQL Utilities I am immediately greeted with the message "Your current SQL Server is not a supported version". This instance was patched with CU5(15.4043.16)
Yes they did. I separate listing or at least bold letters would help. I do see the additional information about SQL 2019.

My understanding is that only the 18.2.xxxx builds are supported with SQL 2019 and also Windows 2019. That's based on what is here: mbs.microsoft.com/.../MDGP2018_System_Requirements.
They made it really confusing by combining GP 2018 and "GP" on one requirements doc. :(
