Preview Video Image When Posting Link in Message Body

Is there a way to post a video link and have the image of the linked video display and not just the URL?

Do you have to upload all your video content as an asset to see the image??

For example, a video on our YouTube channel exists. We copy the share link to the post. All that posts is the link...

    I agree with you, Mike. I'm still unable to see video option in social post feature.

    The post was intended for Social Posts, so your answer that indicates that this is not a feature is the correct one. I will go to the ideas list as this is a standard feature when you post directly from the social platforms.

    Hi Mike,

    Would you please specify what the “Post” means?

    If it means marketing email, you can follow the next steps to achieve it.

    1. Navigate to Marketing > Marketing Content > Videos and create a video.

    1. Fill in the Video URL / Video thumbnail URL / Video embed code. They can be found in the YouTube.

    1. Then in marketing email, when choosing a video to be inserted, click the option “Browse Library” and choose the video created just now.

    1. Or you can just choose / upload an image as the thumbnail of the video if you insert from URL directly.

    After setting these, the video can be shown as:

    If the post means social post, the feature only supports to upload images now. You can post your proposal to Ideas forum for more help.
