Hi,

I am facing a problem when i open RTC. It shows that "A server was not found at "net.tcp://localhost:7046/DynamicsNAV70/Service". Either the URL is incorrect or the server is currently not available."

Have already checke dwith options by changing the database user mappings and almost all the solutions provided but still the error persist.

Please help me out

Thank you.

    The Issue is cleared.

Solution what i have got is while creating a service i just left database instance blank rather than giving "NAVDEMO". As i already have database and instance in my system while installing SSMS there is no need of creating another instance. Don't know wil it work in other scenarios but for me both NAV 2009 &2013 is working fine now.

Thank you all for your support.

    Hi,

Please check that NT AUTHORITY/NETWORK SERVICE is created as user in your SQL server if not please add it. Also make it DB OWNER for the NAV database by going in user mapping option under users in SQL server.

Once this get set check the database instance in your given screen shot.

That means your DB is not linked to a service. Try restarting the service from the NAV Administration console.
