Issue in extracting data from workorder attribute msdyn_substatusname using KingswaySoft

Hi ,

I am extracting data from D365  work order entity all the columns data i am able to extract by using kingswaysoft but only one column msdyn_substatusname which is a lookup column is not getting through. 

1.extracting data using SSIS (kingswaysoft).

2. Only msdyn_substatusname column data is not getting data from D365 ],rest all columns are getting data and i am able to load it to SQL DB.

    Thank you for your help.

    i tried the same as you suggested, bit i didn't get the output.

    but other lookup column are giving me data . only one column that i mentioned above is not returning me the data, now we need to move this job to production, not sure how to go with it.

    Hi Sri,

    There's a known limitation with kingswaysoft SSIS. When reading from virtual fields, like lookup name fields or OptionSet name fields, make sure to also include the base field (ex. the lookup field or OptionSet field) in the CRM Source Component, otherwise there will be no values returned for those name fields.
