CRM Portal - LiveID/MSA Login yielding no result after successful login

Hi All,

I am facing a situation on microsoft CRM Portal, I have to setup MSA Authentication for Live/Hotmail accounts(MSA) but my portal page is returning blank, not logged in, No contact created in CRM even after successful login.

URL after return: https://xxxxxxxxxxxx.microsoftcrmportals.com/Account/Login/ExternalLoginCallback?ReturnUrl=%2F&Provider=Microsoft

Points already taken care while configuring: 

  1. App Reg created in Azure Portal.
  2. Redirect URL for App is https://xxxxxxxx.microsoftcrmportals.com/signin-microsoft
  3. API Permission for App is (Graph>Delegated>User.Read)
  4. Account Type for App: Accounts in any organizational directory (Any Azure AD directory - Multitenant) and personal Microsoft accounts (e.g. Skype, Xbox)
  5. ClienID inserted into Site Settings: Authentication/OpenAuth/Microsoft/ClientId
  6. ClientSecret created in App and inserted into Site Settings: Authentication/OpenAuth/Microsoft/ClientSecret
  7. Site settings External Login and Registration are enabled.
  8. Azure AD Login is working fine.
  9. For Microsoft Button also, AzureAD login is working fine.

Please let me know what is that we are missing.

    Hi Rohan,

    I am curious to know how you are sure that the login was successful, did you verify the token, or maybe check the trace?

    Also, can you give step by step screenshot maybe of what happens when you click on sign-in for the first time.
