Approval flow using the quote lines

Hi!

Could you help me, I need to adjust the flow of quote approval by looking for data in the quote lines.
In the system I can see only the information contained in the quote header.
Example: I need to create a step where the system checks the percentage discount applied per item, but the system is only looking for the total discount of the quote.

I am using Microsoft Dynamics 2012

Hello Alessandro,

Can you help us understanding what you mean by saying ... 'adjust the flow of quote approval'?

Do you want to adjust a workflow or the business process through a code adjustment?

Some additional (replication) steps and information would help.

Hi Ludwig,

When our salespeople create a quote on the AX system, it is sent to the workflow (where the financier's managers and staff verify that the quote is correct).

I need to adjust this workflow to search for information in the details of the quote lines, currently the criteria we use are based only on types or groups.

Hi Alessandro,

The quotation workflow that you mentioned is that a workflow that was created specifically for your company or did you use and modify one of the standard AX workflows?
