Dynamics GP Web services installation issue

Hi All,
 
I am trying to install GP web services on GP 18.6.1 using the same media, which used for GP installation. Installation completed without any error, but nothing happened in any database and Authorisation Store of AD. I am using account with admin rights on machine and admin access on Authorisation store, not Domain/AD admin. In the end system give me Functional Currency error on configuration step. Functional currency is properly defined with ISO code and assigned to company as well. Please suggest, what is the the possible reason of this issue.

    Hi,
     
    Please ensure that the GP web services installation was performed correctly and that all the necessary components and configurations were completed. You can double-check the installation steps and compare them with the official documentation to ensure that no steps were missed.
    You can double-check the Functional Currency settings in GP and ensure that the ISO code is correctly defined and assigned to the company. Verify that there are no conflicts or inconsistencies in the currency settings.

    Please confirm you have the appropriate service pack/hotfix per Service Packs and Hotfixes for Web Services for Microsoft Dynamics GP | Microsoft Learn.

    Hi Lisa,
     
    I am using OCT2023 DVD for installation of Web Services. Same Version of GP(18.6.1685) installed.  I tried to install the latest available web services patch 18.6.1695, but installation failed with error code 5. As per my understanding latest patch is only for GP Nov2023 (18.6.1695).

     I spent a lot of time to fix the installation issue with GP 18.6.1685. Its seems like there is a bug in this version. I tried to upgrade the GP on 18.6.1695 and now everything working fine.
