show error such as that image, if i click menu item Management Reporter in General Ledger?

Why?

Hi,

Please check whether the Management reporter service is up and running and also logged in user has access to Management reporter.

check your Management Reporter configuration as Chaitanya Golla mention you

Hi..

1. Check Application Service in Management Reporter 2012 running? if not, Then turn it on.

2. Check logged user having access to Management Reporter. If not, then provide appropriate permission.

3. Check connection with Management Reporter server.

I hope, This will resolve the issue.
