Web client installation or connection issue

Dear All,

I have installed the web client on the server and have tested it on the server which is working perfectly. Wanted to try it on another client computer but it is not going through. I used the following url: http://servername:8080/DynamicsNAV90/webclient

I also tried using the IP address as well but that did not work.

Can you please let me know what I may have missed out.

can you ping the ip address from command prompt?

Check the connectivity issue - this might be a malware protection software block or a firewall. Also, check if the computer you are trying to access the server is in the same domain?

Hi Richard,

Did you open port 8080 on the server? Temporarily turn off the server's firewall for checking.

-IIS Server you Check your Port Running Or Not...?

-Not running Stat Port and also check any port already used for 8080 ....?

-Already 8080 port running for different Website you Can Change their port Number.
