Hello everyone,

In my CRM, the Business Process Flow consists of 5 entities: Prospect (which is Lead) -> Opportunity -> Prequalification (can be skipped) -> Estimation & Pricing (which is the Quote) -> Awarded Project (which is the Order)
I am trying to simplify the User Interaction in my CRM by making moving the records between the entities the same way across all the entities of the BPF.

Example: Moving from prospect to opportunity happens by clicking on Qualify. Can't I add a '+ Create' button instead of Close after clicking on 'Next Stage'?

//

From Opportunity to Prequalification: I am trying to add a + Create button like shown below in the step above.

//

Can this be done?
I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

    Regarding your request to add the "+add" button after clicking the next stage

    Our team noticed that for the same entity the buttons are different on different forms, as shown below

    Lead and Sales Insights are two different forms in the Lead entity

    Comparing the design of the two forms, we found that the onload events of the two forms are different, and it is probably these events that cause the difference in the buttons

    I hope my answer is helpful to you! If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me.

    Best Regards,
    Rudy Zhang
