Hi all,
I am facing this issue (see image) in ax 2012 R3.
Please tell me what is the issue?
Note: I have recently added "Help Server" component into my environment (Single server).

paste the help server url in IE and observe what is happening.
After opening the url, I am getting this (Open link to see the image).

It seems that the help server is not running at all or the URL is incorrect.
1)can you please go to IIS and check if the HelpServer site is in start state??
2) also, do check port of help server website, and EP (in case if you have installed EP). port for both should not be same.
URL is correct.
