    Roberto,

Are you passing in the Subtotal?

    Could you post your file?

    Kind regards,

    Leslie

    Hi Roberto,

Is this during a normal SOP Form entry (i.e. full GP client) or is this thru eConnect ? If it's thru the full GP client, looks like you got a corrupted SOP entry... you may try to run a checklinks against your Sales module to fix the issue (after having taken a full backup of course from your company DB).

Getting the same error - using SmartConnect.  I've tried it with a subtotal in the excel file and tried it without.  What's the trick here?

    Hi Deanne,

Have you tried to post your question in the Forums about SmartConnect from eOne ?  I've not used the SC for the SOP module yet...

    Deanne,

In Smart Connect on the Create Sales Transaction node you can set the value of Calculate Subtotal From Lines and it will do that calculation for you.  Usually when this error occurs it's due to rounding issues in the subtotal provided and the line item calculations.
