Is there any provision in NAV 2015 that you can force system to update metadata of system hidden tables, as I am getting error{ The metadata object Table 2000000024 was not found}. need to fix this

Did you try by stopping and starting the Service?
Did you try Tools-->Build Server Application Objects?
