Posted on by 905

Dear Team,

I need suggestion on the below integration.

We are implementing Dynamics 365 CRM Online and client is having Oracle On premise and wants to integrate with CRM online in real time.

And the data is basically flowing from CRM to Oracle and Oracle to CRM.

So can i have what are the best possibilities for CRM Online and Oracle On premise real time integration.

Hello! You can use Skyvia — it allows you to integrate Dynamics 365 and Oracle with ease: skyvia.com/.../integrate-dynamics-crm-oracle. You can set the frequency of data updates — for example, once a minute. A free plan with 10000 loaded records per month is available. But in a free plan, you can have updates only once a day.

    Dear Johny,

I can create Webhooks for CRM but from Oracle side if they dont expose any thing then what will be the alternative.

For Real time integration, You can create web hooks.

Web hooks trigger on an event like create, update etc.

    Dear Johny,

    Thanks for the information.

These SSIS and Azure Data Factory will work for real time or in a batch process. Can you also please share the information.

And also can you please let me know if we want to use REST Web API what will be the alternatives or suggestions for real time data.

    Hi VenkataSambasivaRao,

There are several tools or media could help do data migration between D365 Online and Oracle OP. I would recommend SSIS and Azure Data Factory.

    1. SSIS: You can set Source Data as Oracle and D365 Destination for data migration

Recommend Thread could be for your reference:

    Azure Data Factory

    Integrate with D365: docs.microsoft.com/.../connector-dynamics-crm-office-365

    Integrate with Oracle: docs.microsoft.com/.../connector-oracle

    Hope above would help.

    Regards

    Johnny
