I can't install Synchronization proxy for Project Server

I’m getting an error in the last step of the proxy installation.

On the Connect to Microsoft Project Server page, I enter the name of the Project Server and the name of the database that is used for Project Server reporting. In the Project web access URL box, I enter the URL of the website that is used to access Project Server. When I click Next, I get an error saying that the URL http://srv-pjt:33201/GestionProyectos is not valid or the user account has no administrative rights on Project Server system (I’m installing in a Spanish environment).

I’ve review all security settings and everything is ok.

AX is working and Project Server too.

I’m installing with the domain Administrator account.
