where do i find this? FTM 2 FreeTextInvoiceOriginal

.. says i have insufficendt right to re-print freetexinvoices.. but cant find this

In my case the Duty was the issue and after adding the Duty its started working for me.

Hi Pirmin and others

You can add the privilege CustFreeInvoiceMaintain + permissions for the following:

Tables:

FreeTextInvoiceHeaderFooterTmp
FreeTextInvoiceLocalizationTmp
FreeTextInvoiceTmp
SalesInvoiceTmp

Server methods:

LedgerPostingGeneralJournalController.transfer
SalesInvoiceDP.processReport

Then I'm positive posting free text invoice will work every time with just above.

I would say that above tables and methods should have been included in the standard privilege.

Andre...thanks for your help....today i have seen security work from AOT (Menu item) of team which is hired by us for deployment of AX2012...in Security, i can something more in AOT...you plz help me ...give me any source which will help me to understand it...

Please add report (from out put menu item Sales quotation),to your role,

All,

I had the same issue in with the FTM 2 SalesPackingSlip and solved this issue by adding the privilege SalesPackingSlipGenerate to the role. I also added the tables SalesPackingSlipDetailsTmp and SalesPackingSlipHeaderTmp with read access as suggested earlier in this post.

Since this is an intercompany packing slip, I also added the PurchFormLetter_PackingSlipProcess privilege to the role.

Hello! Did you resolve your issue? I have users getting the same error message "Insufficient rights to execute FTM 2 SalesQuotation".
