where do i find this? FTM 2 FreeTextInvoiceOriginal

.. says i have insufficendt right to re-print freetexinvoices.. but cant find this

1 - Print management Setup

2 - Configure "Original / copy" to copy.

From technet.microsoft.com/.../hh209383.aspx

Select the type of print management setup record.

• Original – Only one original record can be created for each document. The record is denoted in the list by the word Original.

• Copy – Multiple copy records can be created for each document. The records are denoted in the list by the word Copy.

Hi

hmm not sure how this should solve a security issue ..

As Admin it works .. as the user not .. and i didnt find where to set the security. Have the security tool installed, but there is no such entry Point ..

Go to AOT, Security node, Privileges, SalesInvoiceOriginalGenerate privilege, Permissions, Tables.

Here add the SalesInvoiceTmp table and set the "EffectiveAccess" property to Delete.

Hi,

I have a similar issue. When trying to print a sales quotation, the error I get with a custom user role is: "Insufficient rights to execute FTM 2 SalesQuotation." I've tried to add the tables SalesInvoiceTmp & SalesQuotationTmp (delete access) to the permissions of the role. This did not solve the issue.

Any idea would be greatly apperciated :)

Hi I added the table FreeTextInvoiceTmp to (and smome other tables) to the tables in the permission of the role not sure if this solved it .. already a year ....

All,

I had the same issue in with the FTM 2 SalesPackingSlip and solved this issue by adding the privilege SalesPackingSlipGenerate to the role. I also added the tables SalesPackingSlipDetailsTmp and SalesPackingSlipHeaderTmp with read access as suggested earlier in this post.

Since this is an intercompany packing slip, I also added the PurchFormLetter_PackingSlipProcess privilege to the role.
