Deep URL link to model-driven app not clickable on mobile devices

Hi,

I'm sending e-mail with a direct link to the users to open specific record in the model-driven app. The link is correct in web Outlook and in CRM (E-mail activity record) . On mobile devices (Android and iOS) link is not clickable, it was changed to plain text (while http link to web app is still working). Any idea how to make it working?

ms-apps://<org-url>_<app-id>?tenantId=<tenant-id>&isShortcut=true&appType=AppModule&openApp=true&restartApp=true&forceOfflineDataSync=true

Hi,

I did not reproduce your problem in my testing.

I send the URL of the current contact record included in the email.

In outlook on the phone, it shows clickable links not text.

Hi Dengliang Li,

my problem is with link ms-apps:// - deep link for the Power Apps mobile app. This one in not clickable on mobile outlook. And I need to open record in Power Apps on phone/tablet by clicking the link.

As I said https link is working fine on both Outlooks - mobile and desktop:
