Changing language of form options

Hi

I have created a form for use in a foreign language. I've updated the labels to suit the local language but I can't figure out how to update the language for the options within the drop down menu for some of the fields.

I only want to update the labels of these options on the form that the end user will see, i still want the data to be mapped to the same fields on the contact and lead entities.

It isn't practical to create new fields and mapping for every instance we need to translate a form to a foreign langauge. Is there a way this can be done OOTB? An html edit perhaps even?

Please provide advice how to proceed.

Unfortunately, there is no OOTB way can do this in Marketing. You could post an idea here to progress this feature:
