"a problem occurred logging on, enter the user ID and password again."

Hi Friends,

I got an error "a problem occurred logging on, enter the user ID and password again".but the thing is POS is working fine inside the Server (demo environment).when it is connect to the external POS machine .it's giving that error .

    Hi,

    The problem is with replication issue clearly, in server replication happens, but outside server replication is not happening on POS DB. Check on message DB at server and POS level, there you can find the status of replication.

    all data replicated successfully , and about the old case in these link community.dynamics.com/.../94826.aspx these case happened in FB edition , now i am working in R3 schema of POS and application framework is different

    any suggestion will help

    it came back in r3 , and it was solved by microsoft case in FB

    Hi Amith,

    As per my understanding, when you enter the operator ID, it shows the operator name and the password screen and when you enter the password it shows this error. If this is the scenario then enter the password again the password field in the worker >> Retail page. When you create a new worker and does not set the password, it tends to give this error message on first logon.
