30Good day,
I am trying to auto populate data in one entity from another (according to what I find in documentation). Despite following the steps below, it does not function as documented.
- Data fields exists in Accounts & Opportunities
- Fields are visible on Forms in Accounts & Opportunities
- Fields are same type/format (not an address ID field)
- 1:N Relationship Mappable type Relationship selected
- Mapping setup identifying data field in source and target
- Saved, Closed and Customization Published
- No errors
And...nothing. Does not matter what I do..
Is there something in the process I have missed?
