SSRS with default font not able to render Thai language/font

AX 2012 R3 RTM

Developer create a new entity for thailand.

In the AX client, when we open customers records we are able to see the customer names and address all in Thai language.

BUT, when we try to Print a customer reports, the customer names and address generated in the Report are all square boxes

One of the developer gave a workaround where he forced the default font segeo to Ariel font on the OS level which basically changed everything into Ariel font, fixed this issue. but all users accessing the AX now has Ariel font which doesn't look good.

I'm just wondering is there any proper solution to this beside the above workaround?

I resolved this issue by add font segoe in remote server or local computer where you want to view report.

After restart , square will be replace with thai font
