Missing encryption setup

Hi
 
In Finance & Operations when trying to create a new Sales Quotation we receive the following error:
 
Please check Commerce shared configuration parameters for missing encryption setup
 
Sales Orders works fine but I can't seem to find the missing setup that is needed for quotations.
Can you point us in the right direction?

    Hi,
    You can check the following points:
    Check the encryption key used for the Commerce component. Make sure the correct key is specified in the share configuration.
    If you are using Commerce Data Exchange (CDX), make sure the necessary encryption settings are configured correctly. This includes checking the encryption keys in CDX.
    Check the system and event logs for any other error messages or details related to encryption setup issues. This information can provide greater insight into the root cause of the problem.

    We found the cause. we have customisations in the quotation module and a value was missing in the Commerce Shared parameters - Configuration parameters.
