how to open record in new tab

    Sorry to necro this, but that doesn't work consistently.

    A commonly used example for my user base is trying to open an email from a Queue into a new Window.  This does not work while holding the CTRL key, as it requires a double-click on the record line, and not on a link to the actual record.

    Thoughts?

    Hi partner,

    Hold on the Ctrl key and click on the record of D365, it will open in a new tab page.
