Project task is not getting created with refresh error on Tasks Tab

Hi,

We are creating project and project task using scheduled APIs in D365 project operations when we are encountering issue with creation of project tasks. When the user navigates to the Tasks tab then they are receiving the following error -

 Recent changes you've made couldn't be saved. Refresh the page to undo your changes and continue working.Correlation ID: 5b8fe675-d93f-46d5-9c6d-af7bc8061138

we checked the previous post and resolution for the same but it did not help us - https://community.dynamics.com/crm/b/friyanksblog/posts/project-operations-error-project-task-issue
