G/L Entry was exported to excel from function Configuration Packages. 10 rows of data populated and executed excel import at Configuration Packages. All 10 lines of entry show error. Looks like it's permission issue. By default permission read as 'Indirect' at permission for Table Data G/L Entry. How to enable Excel Import with full permission? How to change permission to YES for all tasks instead of Read only.

check the user permisssions, the user needs the next permissions added to their permission set

Hi, BC does not allow users to import posted data via Configuration Package, including GL Entry.

So you can't do it.

In addition, using the Edit in Excel function will also be prompted for insufficient permissions.

I recommend that you import into General Journal first, then post on the screen.

In fact, you can use Configuration Package to post documents, but it's a bit complicated

By having columns in excel mapped to General Journal columns, it is convenient to copy rows in excel, then paste to General Ledger, click preview, click post. That's help. Thank you.
