Hi All,

I am using management reporter CU 11 and getting the synchronization issue with transaction data.Any posted journals is being visible in MR nearly after 4 hours. Why it is taking too much time in updating MR database.

Hi Reyaz,

You can analyse the logging on the Management Reporter to see if there are exceptions. Usually when you have AX 2012 running, the synchronization is done every 45 seconds.

If you don't know what to do with the outcome of the logging, please update it on this thread.
