Hi,

Intermittently my users are receiving this error message when creating Leads. I cannot seem to figure out why. This is after filling out the basic info; name, phone number, email, lead soucre. They have full org permissions for Leads. Any ideas why this would occur, and only randomly?

    Hello,

    As per your description it seems like users are getting this error when trying to create a new lead. Can you please confirm if the lead ID the error has is for any existing lead record or for the new record being created.

    Do you have any custom plugin or code which supposed to fire on save of lead record? if yes then it might be the case that the code is getting triggered before the lead is getting saved and ending up with Lead does not exist error.

    Hello,

    From the exception details, it seems that there is a plugin or workflow firing when the lead is created which is causing this exception.

    Can you confirm if any workflow or plugin fires when the lead is created?

    You can navigate to Advance Settings > Settings > Processes and look for processes whose Primary entity is a Lead.
