is there a way in D365 F&O accepts bidding on RFPs from unknown vendors? if not I see the vendor collaboration module has a parameter for vendor onboarding process however I am not sure how does this work. can someone shed some light on this?

    Hi Georgek,

You can only add the registered vendor in RFQ.

The vendor onboarding process are used to convert a prospective vendor to the Approved Vendor in F&O. Please refer to this blog.community.dynamics.com/.../d365-vendor-onboarding-process

there is no blind RFP, unknown vendors can misuse information even if you open it up by extensions

should consider vendor onboarding and verify vendors and then grant them vendor collaboration to participate in RFP
