Do NAV 2013 R3 Need A Tier 1 (TMS) Transportation Management Module ?

We recently saw AX users were introduced to a new (TMS) transportation management module in the new 2012 release. Do NAV users need something similar that combines parcel, LTL, Truckload, multi mode, multi temp, inbound and outbound transport management under one module in NAV? Do you already have a TMS that does the above ?

    Supply Chain Management is taking a front seat in many organizations. We recently saw AX users were introduced to a new base (TMS) transportation management module in the new 2012 release. As NAV becomes more mature, do NAV users need something similar that combines parcel, LTL, Truckload, multi mode, multi temp, inbound and outbound transport management under one module in NAV? Do you already have a TMS that does the above ?

    There is no such functionality available in standard NAV.
