Non LP tracked locations to be LP tracked

Hello, 
 
I have a warehouse that went live with advanced warehousing. 
 
Initially they were not LP tracking locations, however would prefer to start LP tracking these locations. 
 
To make the location profile update, current inventory has to moved off the location and placed back into the location. Is there any other way to do this ?  They have a large number locations and this would be a lengthy process.

    Hi,
    When there is too much data that needs to be updated, you can try to use a data management framework to achieve this goal. You can use data management tools to batch update location records to reflect changes tracked by LP, which allows you to update multiple location records at once. You can refer to this official document: Data import and export jobs overview - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn. The article introduces the steps to import or export data. You can organize the data in an excel file and then import it into the system.
