I have got a requirement to send a one question(Yes/no) only survery to Dynamics 365 contact(when a "Send Survey" field is set to yes on contact record) and based upon the response from customer i need to update the same flag on the contact record in Dynamics 365.
I have created the survey and planning to use the Customer voice connector in Power Automate to send the survey, however i am wondering how i can update the contact record with the reply? given i need to retrieve/parse the answer as well as find the right contact in Dynamics 365 and update with the reply. Any thoughts will be appreciated.

I have now solved the requirement by creating 2 power automate flows(one for sending survey on trigger from Dynamics 365 and other to process response and update contact) and these are working perfectly.
